Nickname: Owls

Temple is one of those programs that always seems like a legit team, and occasionally is. Eddie Jones was a real star, but outside of that, this team isn’t exactly loaded. I did love watching Pepe Sanchez play defense in the 90s, but I’m not sure if that’s enough to help the Owls steal a game here. Duane Causwell and Tim Perry were competent NBA bigs, but neither was every even an average starter at that level.
