In three seasons, the hot-handed sharpshooter scored more than 2,000 points, won countless individual honors and a National Championship. He was the 1999 NCAA Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player, a two-time Big East Player of the Year and a First Team All-American. Basically, if you can win it, he won it. And of course, he famously hit this buzzer-beater against Washington in the 1998 Sweet Sixteen. Hamilton was a lottery pick in 1999 by the Washington Wizards. #10 Jeremy Lamb– (2010-2012) by Meghan Bard In Rd 1, Lamb defeated #7 Mike McKay, 145-69 Jeremy Lamb was an instrumental part of the 2011 NCAA National Championship team. As Kemba Walker’s favorite assist target, Lamb was a reliable second shooter in his freshman season. Lamb’s hair-trigger jump shot meant teams had to guard him, and couldn’t double-team Walker. As a sophomore on an underwhelming team, Lamb’s cool demeanor didn’t provide the team with its needed spark. After the 2011 season, with NCAA sanctions looming, Lamb left for the NBA, where he was a lottery pick in the 2012 draft. In just two years he scored 1060 points, and was named to the 1st Big East team in 2012.
