The Americans might have won gold medals in both women’s and men’s basketball, but A Dime Back is still striving to earn the gold for stupid hypothetical basketball!
Last week, we introduced you to the A-Z Tournament — teams made up of players with last names beginning with the same letter. You then voted, for some reason, to determine who would win some theoretical matchups.
We’ve now entered the third round of this stupid thing, and it’s starting to get… well, not interesting, but something kinda close to interesting.
Team O scored the biggest upset of the tourney thus far, as shooting guard Tyler Olander knocked out Andre Drummond and Jerome Dyson’s D squad. Will they be our Cinderellas? Our O-derellas? I’m sorry.
