The Huskies’ 2017 recruiting class is beginning to round into shape as 4-star Florida power forward Tyler Polley (#135 nationally) announced on Twitter that he is on his way to UConn:

Polley, a versatile 6-7 forward, has shown high-level athleticism and a polished offensive game, and really only needs to grow into his body a bit to be an impact player at the next level, and perhaps develop into a DeAndre Daniels-level player. Take a look at the video below (courtesy of Courtside Films).
With the addition of Polley, UConn’s 2017 class jumps into 247sports’ top-10, with many of Ollie’s top targets still on the board, particularly Hamidou Diallo and Mohamed Bamba. The Huskies still have at least two more scholarships available for next season, with potential for more if anyone leaves early, so expect to see Ollie remain aggressive on the recruiting trail.
Polley’s final five included Pittsburgh, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, and Dayton, and he also had offers from LSU, USC, Georgia Tech, Texas A&M, and others.
